RETURN TERMS

The customer (buyer) may request a refund or exchange in accordance with the following terms:

If the goods are defective, return and exchange:
If the goods are defective, provided that the boxes and other packages of the goods are in the same condition at the time of delivery to the Buyer: return or exchange.
If the goods are defective, provided that the goods and their boxes and other packages are in the same condition at the time of delivery to the Buyer: pay the difference or refund based on the price of new goods provided in replacement for defective goods at the time of replacement;
In case of refund and exchange:
If the payment to the customer (buyer) is cashless, it will be refunded to the card or bank account in the same non-cash form.
When any goods are returned or exchanged, even if the goods have a factory defect, return or replacement is possible only upon return of the documents submitted at the time of initial delivery (Goods Acceptance Act (GAA), Warranty card (if provided), Cashier's check, POS Terminal payment receipt (if paid by card)) by the customer (buyer), together with the goods and the package/box is in the condition they were at the time of initial delivery.
If the customer (buyer) demands charge-free elimination of the defect, the defect will be eliminated within 14 days or during another time agreed to by the parties.
If any physical defect is found in the purchased products after delivery and such defect was caused by non-compliance with the terms of use or storage by the customer, acts of third parties, or natural disaster, then the goods cannot be returned or replaced.
GAA (Goods Acceptance Act), Warranty card (if submitted), Cashier's check, Payment receipt from POS Terminal (if paid by card)
